Victoria has a way to make you feel like any starting point is a good one. She’s professional and very knowledgeable about how different types of bodies work and what to do in order to build strength. I was especially nervous finding a coach – I’m slightly obese, I have bad knees, and two herniated disks. Victoria made sure to understand the depth of my physical state and she created a customized nutrition and workout regime. Now I am starting to feel more confident and comfortable with myself. I had a trainer a year ago at a gym in Los Angeles, but I never felt comfortable, I always felt self conscious of my body. Now I am trying again and working with Victoria – its a totally different experience, I feel like I’m working with someone who cares. Victoria is not only skillful of her craft, she is also genuine, straight forward (no bs), and empathetic.
