I have had the privilege of working with Vickie Fontaine in both group and personal training settings, both of which I found to be incredibly valuable. Vickie packs a lot of knowledge and work into whatever time she has with her clients.
Whether it is for a general workout or focusing on specific techniques, she shows you how to break down the movement so you get the most out of what you are doing. Her coaching style is encouraging but direct. She won’t let you get away with doing less than your potential, but her approach is motivating, so it makes you want to do better. She has a great understanding of how the body works and what each individual needs to do to reach their goals.
From working with her, both my pushup and squat have significantly improved ( I even got unsolicited compliments on them). Definitely work with her – you won’t be sorry.
