I’ve had the pleasure of being coached by Vickie in two settings over the last year. My first introduction was attending her group CrossFit classes four times a week. Then a couple months ago I also started 1-1 personal coaching with her twice a week. In both cases I have been extremely happy with my results. Vicky is a true fitness professional who is committed and determined to helping you achieve your personal goals.
I started taking her group classes just to get in better shape, lose some weight and be happier with what I saw in the mirror. After a year my weight had dropped about 40 pounds and my lean muscle had increased a bunch. I was much more energetic, looked better and I just felt better about myself overall. After that progress in her group classes I wanted to take it to the next level. So Vickie and I sat down, set some new ambitious goals and started 1-1 training. We are making excellent progress reaching my new goals and I really look forward to seeing my results in the upcoming months.
There are many things I really appreciate about Vicky, too many to list really, but the biggest has to be her professionalism. She successfully walks a fine line in remaining approachable while also insisting you can and will do more to challenge yourself. I am a better person both physically and mentally since meeting and working with her. I highly recommend her and know you will also feel as lucky to work with her as I do.
